
Placing
your Order Online
It's
easy to shop on-line with Theresa's Gifts!
Simply
locate the item(s) you would like to purchase, enter the
quantity of the item, select any options and press the "Add
to Cart" button. The item(s) you
select will be added to your shopping cart.
Once
you've completed your shopping, you may begin the checkout
process. To begin the checkout process, click on the "View
Cart" link at the top right of each page or the
"View Cart/Checkout" button on the left menu
bar.
A
shopping cart review page will be displayed where you will be
able to review the items in your cart and be able to change item
quantities or remove items from your cart. If you've
forgotten something, you can press the "Keep
Shopping" button and you will be taken back to the
Theresa's Gifts home page. Items in your shopping
cart will remain in your cart.
Updating Items In Your Cart
Updating items in your
cart can only be done on the Cart Review page or by adding items
to your cart. ONCE
YOU PRESS THE "CHECKOUT" BUTTON ON THE CART REVIEW
PAGE, YOU CANNOT GO BACK TO
ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART!!
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
Currently, we do no
support shipping to multiple addresses with a single order. If you require shipping to multiple
addresses, each address will have to have its order placed
separately.
Shipping Methods and Lead Times
It is IMPERATIVE that you enter in the correct
shipping address. Not only do you want to make sure that
your order goes to the right location, but the shipping address
enables us to accurately calculate your shipping charges.
Shipping charges and durations are identified at
this step.
This time does not include the time to process your order to get
it ready to ship (plan an additional 2 - 3 business days. We do
not ship to international destinations at this time.
Payment Methods
If you choose the
Visa, MasterCard, American Express payment option,
please complete all fields with the billing address of your card.
The billing address MUST match the billing address your issuer
has on file. Also, verify that you have correctly entered the
card account number and expiration date accurately.
Once
completed, press the "Submit Securely" button ONLY
ONCE. Pressing the "Submit Securely" button more
than once may result in your card being charged multiple times.
Once your transaction is approved, you will be emailed a
confirmation of your order along with an order number which will
serve as your receipt. Please print and keep for your
records.
If
you choose the PayPal option, you will be redirected to PayPal's
site and asked to enter your PayPal ID and password. Once logged
in you will allowed to select your funding and complete the
transaction. Once completed, press the "Continue"
button to receive your confirmation receipt.
Placing
your Order by Phone
Of
course, you can also place your order by phone by dialing
(831) 443-4064 and speak with one of our friendly
salespeople!
Product
Returns
Theresa's Gifts gives customers the opportunity to return products
within 10 days from the receipt date in order to receive refunds for
orders. If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason,
contact Theresa's Gifts at
info@theresas-gifts.com
to coordinate the return of the items and refund. In the email,
please state your name, order number, products you would like to
return, and the reasons for the return.
Products damaged during
shipment or incorrectly filled orders will be replaced at no cost to
you.
